John was my technician this morning and I was super impressed. First off, when I called, the dispatch guy was able to give me a price range. Then a John arrived right away … less than an hour from my call! He explained the issue and what he was doing. He answered my questions without making me feel dumb. It was a slightly more complex problem than we thought at first but his solution was spot on and he finished quickly. I highly recommend this company.

I called them at 7 a.m. and Andrew was very professional and said that he could get a technician to me that same morning, and he did. Technician Robert showed up about 8 a.m. and fixed the problem that I was having before 9 a.m.. Robert was very professional as well. I was very happy and still am. We're TOTALLY satisfied with the superior workmanship of Omar Lopez and David Munoz with Art Douglas Plumbing Inc. They installed a new HVAC unit in our attic, which is accessible only through a small opening in the ceiling of our master bedroom closet. They were very careful in our home and in our closet as they removed the old unit and transported the new unit up into the attic. They even covered a pathway on our recently cleaned carpet and covered the clothing inside our closet before they began their work. And we just had the unit tested today by a young man named David who works for an Art Douglas third-party contractor, and the unit tested out well above average! We're so thankful to have found a trustworthy and competent company that we can confidently call upon to service our heating and air conditioning needs, and we also plan to contact Art Douglas Plumbing for any plumbing needs that may arise in the future. Thank you to all who were involved for a job well done in the installation of our new HVAC unit!

We awoke this morning to a water leak in our back yard. We have had plumbing issues in the past, so I called the plumbing service company we have previously used. I was told that they would not be able to respond until the following Monday. I found your company’s phone number in the Yellow Pages and called. The person who answered the phone was very responsive and said a technician would be at your home between noon and 2:00 pm, or earlier if possible. Approximately 11:30 am I received a call saying the technician was on his way. The technician, Juston, saw the leak and immediately began digging and cutting tree roots, being protective of the surrounding landscape. Upon locating the leak, he performed a very thorough repair. I have been self-employed, with employees, for 50 years and have never seen a person handle a difficult and dirty problem so graciously. If I had employees with Juston’s work ethic and job pride, I would have fewer employees doing the same amount of production as currently. You are extremely fortunate to have him in your employ. Obviously I have called my previous service company for the last time, and should the need arise, I would hope that Juston is available.
